Due to continued business growth to our family-owned dealership, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team in Marsh Nissan Tullamore.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the market, a positive approach along with a passion for people and excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.


  • Achieve sales targets in line with agreed monthly targets.
  • Possess strong skills in closing deals and turning enquiries into sales.
  • Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Always ensure the highest degree of customer service.
  • Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
  • Maintain showroom and displays to the highest standard.
  • Identify and maximise new opportunities to generate increase in revenue in the sales division.
  • Assist customers through the sales process, from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery.
  • Inform customers on finance, insurance and accessory products, building rapport to help identify their needs.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Undertake all administration requirements of the position to include relevant paperwork and reports.
  • Through the effective use of a follow up process, maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
  • Keep informed of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the dealership.
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.

  • Minimum 2 years Car Sales Experience
