We are currently seeking a Senior Parts Advisor & a Junior Parts Advisor for our busy Nissan dealership.
Senior Parts Advisor:
Ideally you should be able to demonstrate proficient IT skills and have experience of no less than 3 years working in a main dealership in a similar role.
Duties Include:
- Receiving parts deliveries
- Dealing with Parts counter sales
- Maintaining a high level of service to Trade Parts customers
- Receive orders over the phone, online or in person
- Establishing and maintaining stock control procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- The candidate must have excellent customer service and be professional
- Must be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in similar role

Junior Parts Advisor:
Duties Include:
– Dealing with customers at the counter
– Answering phone calls / WhatsApp’s / Emails
– Processing orders
– Monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Requirements:
– An understanding of the motor trade & motor vehicles
– Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
– A good level of computer literacy and skills
